1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their services at any time. Upon cancellation, customers will lose access to the services at the end of the current billing month.

2. Refund Policy

Customers can request a refund within 14 days of the first month of service. To request a refund, customers must contact our support team.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the details and determine whether the request meets our refund criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal again. Then contact us, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Access your VPS from a Windows Computer

1. Search for "Remote Desktop Connection" from your Windows start menu

2. Input your VPS IP (You can see this from the login page)

1. Install the official Remote Desktop for Mobile app

2. Click the Plus Icon and then "Add PC"

3. Enter the IP and other information

Access Your Linux VPS from a Windows Computer
Install an SSH Client (e.g., PuTTY, Termius)

Download and install PuTTY or Termius (CEO's choice), free SSH client for Windows.
Open PuTTY or Termius

Launch the application from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut.
Input Your VPS IP Address

In the configuration window, type your Linux VPS's IP address into the "Host Name (or IP address)" field.
Choose SSH Connection

Ensure the "Connection type" is set to SSH (default port is 22).
Connect to the VPS

Click "Open" to initiate the connection. You may see a security alert the first time you connect—click "Yes" to proceed.
Login to Your VPS

When prompted, enter your username (usually root or another admin user) and then your password to access the VPS.

Install an SSH Client App

Download an SSH client for your phone. Some popular options are:
Android: JuiceSSH or Termius (CEO's choice)
iOS: Termius
Open the SSH Client App

Launch the app on your phone.
Add a New Host

Tap the "Plus" icon or "Add Host" option within the app.
Enter Connection Details

Enter the IP address of your VPS, along with your username (e.g., root) and password.
Connect to Your VPS

Tap "Connect" to establish an SSH session with your Linux VPS. You’ll be logged into your server and can begin managing it via the terminal.
